Patch to update Gettext translation file

Description of problem: Ukrainian translation was not updated for ~ 2 years. An attached patch should fix this.

How reproducible: always


Additional info: The PO-file has been tested with msgfmt to assure its validity. Thanks for pushing this update into the repo.
