Description Milan Falešník 2015-10-01 10:16:57 UTC
Current code of spa_ui assumes that the API endpoint is http://localhost:3000/ so it works in development but not in the appliance: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/blob/master/spa_ui/self_service/client/app/config/api.config.js#L5

I removed the endpoint and left just '' there, ran gulp build again and it started working.

I used an appliance from 29. September - upstream build.

Comment 2 Dave Johnson 2015-10-05 13:22:10 UTC
Milan, is this still the case with 5.5.0.3

Comment 3 Milan Falešník 2015-10-05 13:50:32 UTC
I think I tested it on 5.5.0.3. Did not file the version because it is in upstream master (and it is still there according to the link).

Comment 4 Gregg Tanzillo 2015-10-05 17:32:51 UTC
This should be fixed with https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/4649. It can be tested with the latest nightly build on http://releases.manageiq.org/

Comment 5 Milan Falešník 2015-10-12 08:04:22 UTC
Verified in 5.5.0.5-beta1.1.20151007163855_ed40d96

Login works.
