SELinux prevented certain IPA binary files from accessing the "/var/run/ipa/renewal.lock" file, which caused certificate renewal to fail. A fix has been applied, and certificates can now be renewed as expected.

This bug has been copied from bug #1256757 and has been proposed
to be backported to 7.1 z-stream (EUS).
