Copy-pasting typo:
  --nogpgcheck          Allow unsigned packages to be installed
  --skip-initramfs      Allow unsigned packages to be installed

I can reproduce this bug in ovirt-node-tools-3.2.3-20.el7.noarch.

Test version:
ovirt-node-tools-3.6.0-0.20.20151103git3d3779a.el7ev.noarch.rpm 

Test steps:
1. Install ovirt-node-tools-3.6.0-0.20.20151103git3d3779a.el7ev.noarch.rpm 
2. edit-node -h |grep --nogpgcheck and edit-node -h |grep --skip-initramfs
3. check output info

Test result:
After step3,

output info:
--nogpgcheck          Allow unsigned packages to be installed
--skip-initramfs      Allow unsigned packages to be installed

The bug has not been fixed, Change the 'Status' to 'ASSIGNED'.

I can reproduce this bug in ovirt-node-tools-3.2.3-20.el7.noarch.

Test version:
ovirt-node-tools-3.6.0-0.23.20151201git5eed7af.el7ev.noarch 

Test steps:
1. Install ovirt-node-tools-3.6.0-0.20.20151103git3d3779a.el7ev.noarch.rpm 
2. edit-node -h |grep --nogpgcheck and edit-node -h |grep --skip-initramfs
3. check output info

Test result:
After step3,

output info:
--nogpgcheck          Allow unsigned packages to be installed
--skip-initramfs      Do not rebuild initramfs

So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED
