Description of problem:
In the OFFICIAL documentation https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-enterprise-linux-openstack-platform/version-7/red-hat-enterprise-linux-openstack-platform-7-configuration-reference/chapter-4-dashboard/ there are a few Ubuntu details, like the apache2 folder /etc/apache2 that doesn't exists in RHEL, the "service" command (in RHEL7 is systemd), apt-get commands, references to an ubuntu package...

imho that should be fixed for rhos-7 as well, not only for rhos-8
