Description of problem:
Installed OS, configured networking - all OK.  Went to Red Hat and 
registered product.  Ran rhn_register from machine which produced  
Error Clas Code 31 "An error occurred while processing this request".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Enterprise AS 3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rhn_register
2.click through menu's
3.
    

Actual Results:  above error

Expected Results:  Shoud have registered me so I could run up2date.

If this is something urgent enough that you are willing to give out

You can close this bug.  I did go through support.  They had me 
delete the ID file in my machine, remove all my platforms, and start 
from scratch, which worked.

Hello please can anyone who is able to edit this ticket change its alias "john" to something else. It prevents searching bugzilla for the "john" package name.
