This is sort of a packstack-parity request. In packstack, a deployment can provision a demo network, etc.. Having an overcloud deployment plan that sets all of this up can speed up demostration, smoke testing, and setting up systems for developers to analyze and debug issues.
This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life. If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
