This was built for rawhide, but not for f23. Can this be built for f23? I have a package depending on it.

Since docker-py requires pytest-cov >= 2.1.0, Orion, can we update the package in f23?
I'm a little concerned about breaking other packages - I needed a patch for StarCluster to use 2.X, but it used some internals. I show this for deps: StarCluster-1:0.95.6-4.fc24.src python-docker-py-0:1.5.0-1.fc24.src python-gunicorn-0:19.3.0-2.fc23.src python-jwt-0:1.4.0-1.fc24.src python-natsort-0:3.5.5-2.fc23.src python-rackspace-auth-openstack-0:1.3-3.fc24.src python-structlog-0:15.2.0-1.fc23.src python-txaio-0:2.0.4-1.fc24.src python-watchdog-0:0.8.2-2.fc23.src I'd like to see these built against 2.1.0, perhaps in a copr.
I chose a path of a lazy person. I unpinned pytest-cov requirement and it built just fine: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=11596581 Thanks for help Orion.
