Description of problem:
Thz Preferences system app does not launch.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 22 version 4.2.3-200

How reproducible:
Permanent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on the Preferences System icon in menu bar.

Actual results:
Nothing. The app does not launch.


Expected results:
A window for Preferences system should appear.

Additional info:
This issue occurs after Fedora update from version 4.1.10-200 to the new version 4.2.3-200

The problem occurs with CINNAMON and not with GNOME.

no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
