This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of Problem:
  The man page of "setfiles" shows as below.
  According to the description, these options are contrary, but no descriptions about it are written.
  ------
  -d     show what specification matched each file.
  -q     suppress non-error output.
  ------

  When assigning both "-d" and "-q" options at once, non-error output is outputted.
  It seems that -d option works and -q does not work.
  ------
  # touch /tmp/file
  # cat spec_file
  /tmp/file -- unconfined_u:object_r:etc_t:s0
  # setfiles -d -q spec_file /tmp
  setfiles: /tmp/file matched by unconfined_u:object_r:etc_t:s0
  ------
  
  Please fix "setfiles" to handle option correctly or at least modify man page to describe explicitly what happen if both the "-d" and "-q" are specified.
