The 2.6 version of sundials replaced the R(Abs/Exp/PowerI/PowerR/Sqrt) symbols with SUNR(abs/exp/powerI/powerR/sqrt), but the SONAME wasn't changed. I've told upstream, and am waiting on their reply.
