Yes, tesseract changed the API without a soname bump. The build correctly rebuilt against tesseract 3.04.00 is gimagereader-3.1.2-3.fc23, which should hit updates testing any moment. In the meantime, you can get it here: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=692411
