instack-undercloud: instack-virt-setup doesn't complete due to repeating: "instack never got an IP address from the libvirt default network. cat: /var/lib/libvirt/dnsmasq/default.leases: No such file or directory" Environment: instack-undercloud-2.1.2-30.el7ost.noarch instack-0.0.7-2.el7ost.noarch Steps to reproduce: Run instack-virt-setup on rhel7.2 Results: Endless loop with these messages: instack never got an IP address from the libvirt default network. cat: /var/lib/libvirt/dnsmasq/default.leases: No such file or directory Expected result: instack-virt-setup should complete successfully. Note: Seems like libvirt doesn't ask for dnsmasq to fill a lease file, thus instack-virt-setup fails to retrieve it at the end of the installation.
