We're looking at adding GlusterFS support to the base RHEL Atomic Host. Right now, our recommended rsyslog configuration comes as a privileged container.

Is there any update?
upstream has eliminated the dep on rsyslog-mmjsonparse
email@example.com had a needinfo, but he has left. Assigning and need-info to firstname.lastname@example.org
I'm glad the dependency on rsyslog-mmjsonparse has been eliminated.
Shouldn't this be marked as ON_QA now?
fix has been received from mainline during rebase to glusterfs v3.7.9
moving to ON_QA
Tried by installing glusterfs client packages on RHEL7, it doesn't pull/depend on rsyslog even if rsyslog is present as part of other repos.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
