Description of problem:
When adding comment to a task, it is necessary to first activate the input text area before typing the comment but the text area has no visible border so it is practically invisible.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Task List.
2. Create a new task.
3. Select the task in "Active" task list.
4. Switch to Comments tab.
5. Expand Add Comment accordion.

Actual results:
Comment text area invisible.

Expected results:
The text are should have visible border.
