Description of problem:
After base-install of F22 and all updates (Kernel 4.2.3) the battery-life is compared to Windows quite poor and the fan always running. Having a look in the issue with powertop reports a lot of not enabled "tuning-methods" and sme interesting issue with "Audio codec hwC0D0: ATI" (always 100%, attached Screenshot). Doing some research muting Mic and disabling HDA in alsamix stops this problem.
Installing TLP improves battery-life a little, but some issues (eg power-saving radeon) stay. Also tuning these issues with powertop does not provide a good battery-life. (powertop-report attached with enabled TLP)
