VM with type Windows XP does not have option "Enable WAN options"

rhevm-userportal-3.6.0.2-0.1.el6.noarch : User Portal of RHEV-M
Repo        : rhev3.6-17

WindowsXP has installed rhev-guest-tools-iso-3.6-1.el6ev.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a VM with Windows XP
2. Edit Virtual Machine
3. Go to tab "General"
4. Make sure "Operating system" == Windows XP
5. Run the VM
5. Open "Console options" for VM

There is no "Enable WAN options"

Additional info:
It is the same for admin portal
Windows 7 guest has such option (same portal)
Windows XP on RHEV-3.5 has this option

VM with Windows-7-64b lost the WAN option, as I updated guests tools to:

rhev-tools-setup-3.6-1

Now this VM doesn't have WAN option.

The WAN options are available only when:

1: the OS is a windows OS (e.g. the "family" in the osinfo is "windows")
2: the SPICE guest agent is running in the guest

Could you please verify that the SPICE guest agent (not ovirt guest agent) is running inside of the guest?

I can confirm that the bug still exists for:
RHEV-toolsSetup_3.6_2.iso from rhev-guest-tools-iso-3.6-2.el6ev.noarch

The root cause of this issue is that the app list is empty for windows which has been fixed by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1285834
