Description of problem:
With KDE desktop on Fedora 22, up-to-date, cursor does not change to double arrow at window edges - it has been suggested this is a backport issue - https://git.gnome.org/browse/adwaita-icon-theme/commit/?id=0d2418cb59b3de52010cce2caecda75ef32afddd

Steps to Reproduce:
1.logon
2.move cursor to a window edge
3.

Actual results:
no change in cursor pointer

Expected results:
expect double arrow straddling the window edge
