Description of problem: Add an option to enable sga device for x86 BIOS serial interaction. Currently it's not possible to get guest's graphical BIOS emulation over serial-console. Actual results: BIOS prompts not visible via serial-console during guest-VM's boot. Expected results: BIOS prompts should be visible like they shown via Spice or VNC. Additional info:
Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.
