Description of problem:
Install Guide is still referring to obsolete FedUp tool.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):23

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fedora Install Guide
2. Go to Chapter 12

Actual results:
The Guide still refers to FedUp, with Section 12.1 "Automatic System Upgrade Using FedUp" linking to FedUp Wiki page, even if FedUp is obsolete.

Expected results:
The Guide should refer to DNF System Upgrade and link to the appropriate Wiki page.
