Description Brent Nordquist 2004-07-13 19:43:39 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/125.2 (KHTML,
like Gecko) Safari/125.8

Description of problem:
In previous releases, you could add a string like "auth:tcp" to tell the firewall configuration
to open that port, in addition to SSH/HTTP/etc. that have checkboxes. That capability has
been taken away. Please at least provide an "Advanced..." button (see the GRUB screen for
precedent) where this can be done.

How reproducible:
Always

Comment 1 Jeremy Katz 2004-07-13 20:59:01 UTC
This is intentional... if there are specific (useful) ports that you'd
like to see added, I'm open to adding them, but more advanced
configuration can be done post-install.
