Description of problem:
while adding the Provisioning Entry Point for catalog bundle, it redirects to catalog item page

5.5.0.9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to services->catalogs->catalogs items
2.Add a new catalog bundle. click on display in catalog
3.Try to enter Provisioning Entry Point. 

Actual results:
When you try to provide Provisioning Entry Point , it redirects to services catalog item page

Expected results:
should be able to add catalog bundle

Also not able to edit the Provisioning Entry Point for catalog item.

Able to create bundle on 5.5.0.10-beta2.1.20151110134042_d6f5459.
