Describe the issue: 
The example properties section should be updated to use a valid value for the rhq.server.tomcat.security.secure-socket-protocol.  TLS is no longer valid as of 3.3.4

rhq.server.tomcat.security.secure-socket-protocol=TLS

Suggestions for improvement: 
rhq.server.tomcat.security.secure-socket-protocol=TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2
