Never mind. Correct tuner program is azap, not czap. czap is for dvb-c service, not cable. I have an ATSC file. xine can use the file, after putting it in the correct dir, and giving it the correct name. Audio codec does not work, but I have picture. Tomorrow. most of the channels in the .conf file are unidentified services. TWC's fault.
