When the cursor should be hidden, it moves down towards the right about 1 character (approx. 5-10mm) and then flickers several times per second (it is never hidden). When you move it again, it returns to the original position and no longer flickers (but the issue will repeat if the cursor is hidden again) This was previously reported (and closed fix) in Bug #1264782 for 3.18/fc23 -- that report sounds identical. I am experiencing this on rawhide (Nov 13) with the following package versions: mutter-3.19.1-5.20151110git049f1556d.fc24.x86_64 gtk3-3.19.1-1.fc24.x86_64
