Description of problem:
on FC22 engine-backup fails with 
tar: '--same-order' cannot be used with '-c'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6.0.3-1.fc22


Steps to Reproduce:
1. engine-backup --mode=backup --scope=all --file backup
2. Fails with error
3.

Additional info:
The Patch from https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/48596/ works for me

Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being identified as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

According to verification status and target milestone this issue should be fixed in oVirt 3.6.1. Closing current release.
