Red Hat Insights when Appliance is registered to Satellite 5/6

Description of problem:
Red Hat Insights does not work when the appliance is registered to Satellite 6.1 or Satellite 5.7. This is a supported configuration.
Opening the "Access Insights Overview or Systems" pages results in an HTTP 400 Bad request error log and screen remain blank.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
