I do not believe this should be in EPEL-6.  The a2ps package is shipped in RHEL-6 (Optional), and EPEL is not allowed to override/replace RHEL packages.  Currently, packages in both use the same version - a2ps-4.14-10.1.el6.

Looks like this should be fixed by removing a2ps from EPEL-6.  Note that we are not planning to fix this in RHEL-6 for the reasons explained in bug 1283156.
