Description of problem:
/etc/updatedb.conf should list cifs along with smbfs as FS that
doesn't get traveresed by default.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount cifs FS
2. run updatedb
3. locate <filename located on cifs mount>
    

Expected Results:  locate shouldn't index network cifs mounts.

This is fixed in rawhide and FC3test1.
