Selection in read-only mode

Description of problem:
In read-only mode it is possible to call shape menu of element by drag and drop selection.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.CR1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Business Process and start to edit by user A
2. Open the Business Process by user B
3. Select element with drag and drop selection

Actual results:
Shape menu of element appear

Expected results:
No selection allowed in drag and drop mode

Good job! Can't to reproduce it any more on 6.3.0 DR1 on FF, Chrome and IE11. Verified.
