Description of problem:
Saved filter isn't appear in Global Filters or My Filters folders, however it is available if you open the advance search and press button "Load"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.5.0.11

How reproducible:
100% but only for Template tab

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Infra-->Vms
2.Select Vm tab or Template tab (not Vm+Templates)
3.Click on a advance search, modify and save

Actual results:
Doesn't matter did you enable global search or not the saved filter won't appear in corresponding folder Global Filters or My Filters 

Expected results:
The save behavior as for VMs tab, when you save filter it appears in corresponding folder.

I believe I fixed that here:

and that is already merged so in the next build we should be good
