Describe the issue: Examples show the use of --credentials="$KUBECONFIG"  to create the ipfailovers but $KUBECONFIG is not defined. 

Suggestions for improvement: 

Show steps on creating a kubeconfig to be used for the ipfailover and define $KUBECONFIG
