Description of problem:
Dashboard Chart Themes are not being honored. My suspicion is that CF is locking the theme into "Pastel".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.5.0.11-rc1.20151117182049_653c0d4


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configure / My Settings
2. Within Display Settings change the Chart Theme
3. Navigate back to Dashboard and you will notice that the theme does not change

Actual results:
theme not honored

Expected results:
Theme should be honored
