The link to "Networking Guide" in the section describing adding network support for virtual machines points to Fedora 21 documentation. It should ideally be pointing to networking guide in Fedora 23 documentation. The below link points to "6.3 Network Support" which contains the error.

Unfortunately I didn't see this bug when it was opened, and at this point republishing F23 docs would be way too much effort to fix a single broken link, so regrettably I have to close this.
