Description of problem:
maybe we can add window themes, like you can do for firefox...and whats up with transparencies with gnom-ish apps? Theres no reason we can be windows-esque if we desire.

I think lxde has these already but mate/gnome3 doesnt seem to.Wine has the capability but I think the source website is fubar.All attempts to grab a style pack seem to fail.

I could use the luna theme if anyone has it from XP.
