Rsync errors are handled effectively, Log file only records the skipped files with error details instead of recording all the files list as skipped. Upstream Patch: http://review.gluster.org/#/c/12856/
Patch for this bug is available in rhgs-3.1.3 branch as part of rebase from upstream release-3.7.9.
Verified with the build: glusterfs-3.7.9-1 Incase of incomplete sync, changelog is reprocessed and logs error for rsync (If any) instead of all other gfid's which are synced to be marked skipped. In 3.1.2, for every incomplete changelog which needs to be synced used to log all gfids as skipped which is synced. It doesn't log all gfid in 3.1.3 and logs as rsync error if it fails, else it completes the changelog without reporting error or skipped for GFID. Moving this bug to verified state.
