Description nijin ashok 2015-11-26 21:52:25 EST
Description of problem:

ept is required to install Hyper-V in KVM guests using nested virtualization.
ept cpu flag is not enabled in Windows KVM guests even though the cpu is given as <cpu mode='host-model'> . However it's shown in Linux guests.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a Windows 2008 R2 guest with --cpu host option
2. Check coreinfo -f output for ept support

Actual results:
ept support is not available with <cpu mode='host-model'>

Expected results:
ept support should be available with <cpu mode='host-model'>
