Description of problem:
Unlocalized sub-tab in Configure -> Configuration -> Database ->VMDB.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login cfme with no en_US locale.
2. EX. Click Configure -> Configuration -> Database ->VMDB.
3. Check sub-tabs.

Actual results:
Unlocalized sub-tab in Configure -> Configuration -> Database ->VMDB:
Tables

Expected results:
They should be localized.

Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

Verified on 5.6.0.7-beta2. Translations are available now.
