Description Randy Barlow 2015-12-01 15:41:28 UTC
Hello! I am wondering if the python-mongoengine package is still being maintained or not. According to the package maintainer policy I am supposed to file a bug asking for a response if I suspect that a maintainer might be absent[0]. Are you still planning to maintain python-mongoengine? I really need this issue resolved during December:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1285135

These two issues also seem to require a response:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1106782
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1239846

I am willing to become a co-maintainer for python-mongoengine if that would help you. We need python-mongoengine's version raised in order for Pulp to be included in Fedora 24. I'm willing to do all the work if that would help, so let me know!

For the record, I have also attempted to contact Yohan Graterol and Eduardo Javier Echeverria Alvarado by e-mail. I've written Yohan twice (on 2015-11-21 and 2015-11-30) and Eduardo once (2015-11-30). I haven't seen either of them on IRC over the past few days, and neither is listed in the vacation outage list.

I have posted to fedora-devel to see if anyone else knows how to contact the maintainers:

I was able to get in touch with Eduardo, who gave me access to build this package. Thanks Eduardo!
