Description of problem:

In some network environments the first ping may fail.
validation-scripts/all-nodes.sh
Only pings once. That sometimes caused the deployment to fail on the node validation steps.
After changing it to ping -c 10 it works reliably.

This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release.  It is being deferred to OSP 10.
