python-pyrfc3339-1.0-2.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

mistakenly closed when epel7 was build. this bug is about epel6.

We won't package certbot for EPEL6, RHEL 6 will be EOL this year and certbot will drop Python 2 support at some point.
