Description of problem:

after setting the details of the engine server in node console, it won't show up in the Hosts tab

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the node from scratch
2. set the details of the engine server in the Node console

Actual results:

nothing happens

Expected results:

it should show up in the Hosts tab of the oVirt engine web administration portal

adding the node from engine side is possible (after manually resetting root password) which is not what should be done based on the manual.

I do not see any attempt to register, please checkout node logs to see if there is an error or use wireshark to see if engine actual gets registration request.
