Description of problem:
The lid test can give an 'incomplete' result status when run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-certification-2.1-20151204.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
looking for workarounds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch the 'lid' interactive test in a hardware certification
2. click "yes" and then "submit" when prompted to begin
3. on the next page, follow the instructions to close the lid
4. reopen the lid
5. when networking is up again, the web ui will continue
6. answer "yes" (correctly) that the backlight correctly turned off
7. wait for info test to complete
8. check results when testing is complete

Actual results:
result is listed as "INCOMPLETE"

Expected results:
lid test passed
