Description of problem: Install ose-3.0 using atomic-openshift-installer, the installer always prompt "NOTE: Add a total of 3 or more Masters to perform an HA installation." when inputting the hosts. Actually, native HA master installation is not supported for ose-3.0, and the installer is not allowed to specify more than one master during the interaction for ose-3.0. So the guidance "NOTE: Add a total of 3 or more Masters to perform an HA installation" should be removed for ose-3.0 installation.
