Hi all:

My conversion machine and guest machine are Ubuntu 15.10 version. I encounter error as attached file. I don't know what's wrong with it.

This has been repored on our mailing list recently; you can see the thread starting at:

while a workaround is provided at:
  https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2015-December/msg00036.html

Please also note that, even without this issue, you cannot convert Ubuntu guests, as they are not supported yet.

I'm closing this as v2v conversion of Ubuntu guests is not supported
(however patches most welcome to add it).
