changelog: CHANGELOG rename error is logged on every changelog rollover

Description of problem:
On gluster volume, when changelog is enabled, the following misleading error is logged where there is no actual failure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create gluster volume
2. Enable changelog
3. Mount volume, touch a file and wait for changelog rollover time (15 sec)
Even if changelog rename is successful, error is logged.
When rename is successful, error should not be logged.

features/changelog: Remove incorrect error message
During changelog_rollover, the rename error is
logged even though changelog rollover is successful.
This got mistakenly added as part of commit
(http://review.gluster.org/10532). Removing the

This bug is getting closed because a release has been made available that should address the reported issue. In case the problem is still not fixed with glusterfs-3.8.0, please open a new bug report.
glusterfs-3.8.0 has been announced on the Gluster mailinglists , packages for several distributions should become available in the near future. Keep an eye on the Gluster Users mailinglist  and the update infrastructure for your distribution.
