Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 1290745
sssd should support running as non-root user
Last modified: 2015-12-11 06:31:21 EST
Current sssd version in Fedora 23 does not support running as non-root user. This is a wanted security feature already available in RHEL7. It does not need to be enabled by default but it should just be at least available.
How to reproduce:
1. install sssd
2. add user = sssd into sssd configuration file
3. restart sssd
sssd does not start
