Description of problem: When I try to use vgreduce to remove a missing pv, I get duplicate warning message. # vgremove dss-test-foo WARNING: Device for PV TY88Iw-34Ni-pc56-gjLt-WVnF-Ftog-cr0WZR not found or rejected by a filter. Volume group "dss-test-foo" not found, is inconsistent or has PVs missing. Consider vgreduce --removemissing if metadata is inconsistent.
