Description of problem:Accessing Availability Zone summary screen throws an error. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to list of Availability Zones 2. Click on a Availability Zone to go to it's summary screen 3.
