DataIOEditor - Spanish

Description of problem:
The 'Name' and 'Data Type' column headings in DataIOEditor are not internationalized
See attached picture.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
bpms 6.2.0 GA

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your machine to a non-English language that is covered by BPMS, e.g. Spanish
2. Create a BP
3. Open the DataIOEditor, e.g. through the Assignments property of a User Task.
4. Click 'Add' / 'Agregar' button
5. The 'Name' and 'Data Type' columns are in English
